Hiring a full-time senior-level designer can be quite costly, with annual expenses exceeding $100,000, including benefits.

Additionally, finding available talent can be a challenge. With our monthly subscription, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your service as needed. This ensures you only pay for design work when you require it.

With the Explorer plan, you'll receive two updates per week, along with deadlines to keep you informed. The Cosmic plan offers four updates weekly, Monday through Friday.

You'll be working directly with Adnan Jaweed and Mahroos Ali. Together, they bring over 10+ years of combined experience to ensure your project's success.

We understand that your design needs may vary from month to month. If you find yourself with fewer design requests, you can pause your subscription.

Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. For example, if you use the service for 21 days and then decide to pause, your billing cycle will be paused, and you'll have 10 days of service remaining for future use.

Our primary design tool is Figma. However, if your project requires Sketch, we can accommodate that too.

Supa Stellar does not cover certain design work, including 3D modeling, complex packaging, and extensive print design (such as magazines or books).

We offer a full refund if you cancel within the first two weeks on the Explorer Plan or the first week on the Cosmic Plan. If you're not satisfied with our work, simply cancel, and we'll refund 100% of your payment.

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. We offer unlimited revisions to your design until it meets your expectations, though this rarely happens.

Supa Stellar provides various methods to request designs, including direct requests through Slack, Trello, Notion, sharing Google Docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video. We aim to make the process as flexible as possible.

Once you're subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like. Our team will deliver them one by one to ensure efficient and quality service.
